   Investing in Troubled Times
              
  Allen Sinai - Founder, President and Chief Global Economist,Decision Economics, Inc.
  Dr. Sinai is responsible for forecasts and analyses of the U.S. and global economic financial  markets.
  He is also Senior Vice President and Global Economist of Global Insight, Inc.,  (GII).He combines more 
  than 25 years of knowledge and experience in scientific quantitative economic and financial market 
  research with applications to business decisions, financial markets and investing along with actually 
  managing businesses and involvement in markets. He has been consulted by administrations from 
  both political parties on key economic and  policy issues, and is a recognized expert on the Federal 
  Reserve and monetary policy. Dr. Sinai has taught in several leading universities, has published many 
  articles in academic journals and regularly writes commentaries on the U.S. and world economies and
  financial   markets. On public record for over 25 years, Sinai's forecasts have been excellent on 
  identifying major trends in the economy and movements in the financial markets.

  Kent McCarthy - President, KCM Capital Mr. McCarthy retired from Goldman Sachs in   1994 and 
  started two hedge funds, as well as the Jayhawk China fund. He teaches at the  University of Kansas
  School of Business, where he received the Henry Bubb teaching  award.He graduated from the 
  University of Kansas and holds an MBA from Stanford  University.

  James D.Wineland - CFA Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager Waddell & Reed  Investment 
  Management Co.Mr. Wineland graduated from the United States Military  Academy at West Point, 
  New York in 1973. Following five years of service with the U.S. army he was a finished products 
  distribution manager with Procter and Gamble Paper Products Company. Mr.Wineland earned an 
  MBA at the University of Kansas in 1981 and  joined United Missouri Bank in Kansas City as an 
  equity analyst.

  Jane Tedder - Vice President, Security Benefit Group, Inc. A veteran on Security Benefit's investment 
  team, Jane Tedder combines her expertise and outstanding client education skills to share the latest 
  economic research with her peers and investors. She serves as Vice President and Senior Economist
  and is responsible for economic analysis and reporting as well as for coordinating external fund 
  management activities with  Security Benefit's subadvisors.

  Fred Mitchell - President, Mitchell Capital Management. Prior to founding MCM in 1987, Mr. Mitchell 
  accumulated 20 years of investment experience, the last fifteen at  Waddell & Reed. He began as an 
  Investment Analyst,progressed to Director of Research, Separate Account and Mutual Fund Portfolio
  Manager, President of Waddell & Reed Asset Management Co and Chief Investment Officer.  He is a 
  member of the Board of Directors of several Foundations and Corporations and is a guest columnist for 
  the Kansas City Star and other publications.

  Matt Egenes, CFA - Portfolio Advisor, American Century Investments. Mr. Egenes works directly with 
  the chief investment officer of American Century Investment Management in developing the firm's view 
  of the markets.Mr. Egenes holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Iowa State University and the 
  Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management 
  and Research (AIMR) and the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts.

  Brian Kaufman - Managing Director, Prairie Captial Management.Prior to forming  Prairie Capital, 
  Mr. Kaufman practiced law for over a decade.His practice emphasized tax  law,securities law, and 
  venture capital matters. He is a certified public accountant who practiced with a Big Six firm.Brian 
  received a B. S. in Accounting and Business  Administration (with Highest Distinction) from the 
  University of Kansas in1980,and a  J. D. from Stanford Law School in 1985.

  Bill Greiner - Executive Vice President of UMB Bank, n.a., and Chairman of Scout Investment
  Advisors, Inc.Mr. Greiner has enjoyed a career based entirely in the investment field.While at Northern 
  Trust he was vice-president and senior investment counselor. He is  a member of the Kansas City Society
  of Financial Analysts and The Institute of Chartered  Financial Analysts.
